Just wanted to say "Hi"

I made an other card for Cute Card Thursdays Challenge. I was not sure which stamp Katharina is going to use for her card - and i thought it might be boring if two people had submitted the same image for the challenge. Anyhow... i was so happy that i could use Juliette :-) today. she just makes me smile.

The colors simply came together because i had from the "Loads of Love" card still that pack of SU DP sitting there. I thought the blue swirls work for the sky and appricot appearal was in this weeks color challenge on SCS. I think now i should clean up my stuff :-)
Stamps: Juliette and Penny Black Sentiment
Ink: Going Grey, Basic Grey, Pretty in Pink, Close Cocoa, Creamy Caramel, Bashful Blue, Apricot Apperal, Marigold Morning and some yellow Twinkeling H2O color for some details, Pebbles Shimmery Chalks
CS/DP: SU Prints Pack (current Level 1 Hostess Benefit) Going Grey, White, Apricot, Bashful Blue
Embellishments/Tools: Piering Tool, Making Memories Brads, SU Ticket corner punch, Apricot grosgrain ribbon

To make the card i used this weeks Poetric Artistry's sketch:
What i do to get my stamping time.... :-) I let my oldest make a choo-choo with my re-inker bottles (always beeing scared he opens them and i will have the color on the table) and letting the little one play Domino's with my inkpads :-) aahhh... what are your tricks?

Fantastic card Claudia, I love juliette too, she is so cute!! I don't really have any tricks other than my daughter has her own little craft area to make things at the same time I am making something, so that keeps her occupied and I usually try and get something done while my son is having a nap or they are both in bed at night:-)Kelly

Oh, Claudia, this is sooo cute!! Wonderful colors! Your kids are so cute too! I let my boys, 6 and 3, make cards along with me! They sit on the floor with folded sheets of paper and some ink pads and stamps (old ones or dollar store ones) and I let them have at it! They love making cards too.

What a wonderful card you have made. I just love the stamp and also the colors. And your children - they are so sweet. love the picture of them. My children who is 9 and 3 years old also want to make cards. But they like to color more then the stamping. But when they do want to stamp I have a plastic cover over the table so they dont get anything there.

Fabulous card Claudia, I love this stamp and how perfect for this week's challenge.

How cute your boys are! My daughter (7) gets her own craft box out and makes a card similar to mine, I usually have to stamp her out a few more images. Luckily, the ages they are they can amuse themselves a lot of the time now!

Great card!! Love that hippo! My sons both have an form off autism, so there is no way I can let them crafting when they don't feel like it. But to give them some extra computertime, works really well ;-)
