You are so thoughtful

Hello my friends.. thanks for peeking in.
Today i will really make it short. I have a follow up appointment for my surgery – iam recovering well.
|Thanks for all your sweet messages and get well wishes and also iam trying to get my Cute Card Thursday card done for tomorrow. I am for so long with those groups.. i really hate if i miss a challenge :-)
Today’s card is made using the new papers my friend Kristine has designed. I told you the other day that one of the sheets has gotten my name :-) isn’t that funny! “Claudia” is the polka dot one, you see on my card. If you like to see all the papers she has designed, you could see them on her blog – she has already the winter papers to show too.

Stamps: Ladybug and friends – available through Cute Stamps and Cards.. hugging girls.. thought that’s a sweet image to sent to Kristine saying “Thanks” and the sentiment is by Stampin up.

Sending My Love

Hello ladies, thank you for your visit. Wow.. seams like this card has been made ages.. infact, made this for Magnolia ink 4 :-) but than i was unsecure if the papers would match the theme of the magazine. Once you have submitted your photos to Magnolia, we find out only when one lady who orders the magazine emails us and lets us know what made it into the magazine. For this card.. i did not want to risk having it on hold until like June.

Finally cut into my one and only sheets of Magnolia Yummy for Your Tummy paper (all the papers can be found at Sir Stampalot) and created 2 pockets to hold handmade tags to be able to use show more stamped images.
You Make Me Smile_1_re
The entire card is sprayed with Tattered Angles mist’s and all images are water colored. Monarch butterfly is punched out from vellum and than stickled, by doing that the wings of the butterfly curled themselves down.. what a neat effect.
You Make Me Smile_2_re
Here is a shot with the tags pulled out. Now for my supply list:

Going To The Apple Orchard

  October_head
Hello, how are you today? thank you all for your kind comments xoxoxox… seams like i have to move my bootie lol so i can show my “old” cards that i had made. Wow.. so many new stamps have been released – i can not wait to get mine. My new Motivet’s have arrived and i have started with some Christmas cards but for now i want to show you this last Fall card with Doraline and apples. The tag “October” was a last minute idea to fill up that space – looking at the card now.. i think it would have been nicer if the scalloped paper would have been tilted 180, oh well. check out the scallops on the horizontal stripe :-) that’s made with one of Martha Stewarts new punches.

I have stamped and cut out the wagon and popped it up so i was able to glue some paper leaves and tiny roses in that i have just received yesterday in the mail from my super talented friend Annita! (thank you sweetie) However i love the color combination.. that's the first time i have made a orange / blue card and it came all together from that Martha Stewart tag i had

Tilda with Dalecarlia Horse

Sorry iam late today :-) My sons 5. birthday party is today and we are getting ready...

Today's card is made with one of the new Magnolia Autumn/Halloween stamps 2008. Can you imagine how i bounced when i saw the images and this Tilda Bea sent to me from Stempel Mekka?? I can not believe it... she shipped on Monday and i had it yesterday in my mailbox. I think this Tilda works nicely also with fresh colors alto she is in the Autumn release. So i picked up some of my Basic Grey Sugared DP and worked with my Rasberry Ribbon kit. I knew exactly that i wanted to use my new sentiment stamp Bea sent me for my birthday. wow.. thank you so much Bea :-) I really like how this turned out. It was really fast (expect waiting time for the craft ink to dry) The layout of this card is really nice.. i have made a second card i used this sketch as well- i think i can show this card on Monday.
Other: wonderful pearl stickers sent to me by Carole , Stampin up Hodgepodge hardware

Thanksgiving

I make it short today - i got sick but i did not want to miss showing you a card i really, really like :-) The card uses the stamp that the lucky winner of my blog candy will get. I have this stamp myself and she is one of my favorite Magnolia images.I used on my card a stamp i got at Diana's Magnolia-licous store.
My husband and i went both through the lists and we can tell you that Debbie is the lucky winner of my blog candy. Dear Debbie, congratulations! Please contact me so we can talk about the images you like and your mailing adress. Thanks to everybody, who participated. But remember you all have a new chance to win Magnolia stamps. I will draw from now on randomly using my feedblitz subscriber list winners for a few new Magnolia stamps, Magnolia Sweden has kindly sponsored. It will be randomly.

Just the Thanksgiving card is for sale - not the candy of course :-)
