CBC #2 Vintage "Tilda with Lilacs"

This card is sold to Isabelle. Thank you very much!
Hello how are you today? A couple of weeks ago by chatting with Carole and Bea via email we spoke about some "older" Magnolia images and we started to challenge each other. I had a very good response on my blog and via email from some of you. Thank you so much!!! So Bea had the idea to give the challenge a name (Claudia, Bea and Carole -CBC) and number. This week Carole picked Tilda with lilacs as challenge stamp to work with. If you like this card please take a peek at my picture tutorial how i colored the face of this Tilda in here.
I must say this Tilda is one of my favorite stamps and i have used her very often last year on my cards - mostly with lilac Designer Paper. I was like.. hmmm how can i make her look different than any of my last cards because i did not purchase any new new purple Designer Paper. So i move this K&Company paper to the stamp and i think.. hmmm.. alto the paper features roses - I LIKE IT lol. I wanted to give my card a vintage look rather than a girly look. So would work as a "Get Well" or a "Mothers Day" card.
Initially i wanted to use the "old stamp" image (you have seen that one already colored in on my tutorial for this image) but after i cut my CS i noticed that it is too wide and it would cover so much of my pretty shimmery rose paper off) So i looked through my stamps and picked this wonderful comfy chair - you can purchase this stamp over at Alota Rubberstamps. Besides the couch ... one of the MUST HAVE stamps :-). The sketch required some sort of embellishments on the upper left hand corner - so i sat Tilda more towards the left - so one of the buttons of the chair would still show behind her back and added kind of similar brads to the indicated spot.

the lace ribbon finish the vintage look and i layered it behind the chair so it would maybe sort of look like the border between the floor and the wall. I always sort of like to "ground" my images. If not with coloring than with embellishments.

So here is the recipe for this card:
firstly the sketch is provided by Cheryl Rowley , Suzanne's card is here.
Stamps: Magnolia Tilda with lilacs and lilac stamp inside of the card, Chair: Alota Rubberstamps
Designer Paper: K&Company line Margo
Embellishments: Stickles, Making Memories brads, Lace Ribbons, Stampin up Close to Cocoa ribbon
Coloring: Copic Sketch
