Hello, today I would like to show you an other “special fold” card. This time I have cut the front panels diagonal. Just to shake it up a bit On the last few pictures you can see how nice this can look in the inside as well. Plus there is still lots of space to add sentiments or even additional colored images.
I used on my card a couple of new fancy dies dear Angie gifted me. They are by Joy! and I totally love them. Thank you so much Angie!!!!
On the photo the one I used on the front does not show too well, its hidden underneath the bow, but when you hold the card it’s really looking nice and gives just a bit more interest without overloading the card with more flowers and other stuff. In the inside you can see one of the dies on the left hand corner.
Well and here is an other shot, one wing flapped in to show you how I decorated the inside.
Here are the supplies I used to make this card:
Lili of the Valley: Milly me and my cat
Sentiment: Stampin up, scalloped border punch, horizontal slot punch – Stampin up
Dies: Magnolia: Lovely Tag, Heart, Lace Flower, Tag,
Joy!, Spellbinder Grand Circle, ribbon banner
Design Paper: Lili of the Valley “Promises”
Other: gauze, sheer ribbon, round 5” paper doily from stash, Bakers twine, gems, Stickles, Aileene Super Tacky glue,
Tools: Big Shot, scoring board
