oh my… i am knitting…

Okay… no card but i want to show you some knitted things i have made … today my first cowl/scarf. I have had a few finished since weeks but honestly taking pictures is a nightmare for me. Scarf season is almost over and here are my shots. Oh well :-)

GGH_Aspen1

Seams like big buttons on scarves are modern here. Paulo said he sees many woman wearing them at work. Looked some up online and they are very versatile.

Taking photos with my husband was crazy.. first iam not a model :-) and he’s not a photograph lol… he always shot a photo when i spoke or made a funny face.

GGH_Aspen3

how about this one… trying to look sexy or what?

second shot… uuuhhhh… my scarf is very cosy ":-)
no seriously this yarn is really nice, soft and lightweight. Its made from a German brand yarn.

I have a almost finished card on my desk. I think i will finish it tonight. Bummer.. i have barely made any cards this week. I am still on Vicadin and Antibiotics, but i feel much better – or is it the drug :-) can not tell but i recover well and my kids are back home since yesterday. Missed those little “Rackers” as we say in German

lots of love from Michigan

Claudi

Gorgeous! I knit scarves and dish rags...I made a sweater ONCE, and that was enough for me... I'll stick to me dish rags and scarves :)

Thanks for sharing, Claudi. I'm glad you are feeling better.

Your scarf is lovely, and what a great job your husband has done with the photos.

I'm a bit worried though...here in Norway many cardmakers and scrappers have gone from paperwork and over to knitting and sewing..I really hope your not one of that kind...hehe.. just kidding:)

Can't wait to see the card you've got on your desk! I'm a big fan!:-)

Love the scarfs especially the button. I also think that great minds think alike, I've been working on some scarves as well. Making 5 all together, figured I'd post when they are all done. I'm using the pomp-a doodle yarn, Which has pom poms so it is two stitches in between the pom poms check It out, it really goes so fast as far as knitting goes have two done already just while watching tv.

Hugs
Debbie
