Today I have some exciting news with you to share :-) My friend Jorunn has joined the Friday Sketcher blog! I have always adored Jorunn’s cards and her style in coloring and card making – so iam really excited to see what she comes up with. Thanks Jorunn.
Papers: Basic Grey
Ups, i see iam running late to pick up Niklas. I do not want to miss, to thank you all for your kind comments on my tutorial :-) that was so sweet i had to giggle.
OH .. also… Paulo loooved the prawns i have made. I will share quickly how i made them. Remember i do not like fish, very much so i have not tried it but the recipe is from a Italian lady i have met in my neighborhood.
anyhow
2 pounds of frozen wild shrimp or i got 1 pound of wild pawns
Dei Fratelli Tomato Sauce about 3/4 of the can
2-3 Garlic gloves minced
1 onion
Olive oil
Parsley (dried is fine)
She told me to add some water – i used a bit of dry white wine
heat oil, add finely copped onions and minced garlic – cook but do not let them brow
add tomato sauce and the fish
spice with salt, pepper and parsley
once it is almost cooked add the wine or the water.
She uses pasta with this dish – Paulo asked for rice.
