Karen from Beingkaren http://beingkaren.blogspot.com/
Thank you dear Karen! Please email (claudiaesrosaathotmaildot.com) me your shipping address and i will mail it to you this coming week.
Now for those of you who were wondering why you can not double click anymore on my photos. I have had some bad experience with, lets call it “free downloads” off my blog and using the photos on store sites, claiming that the art work has been made by a totally different designer, not given credit to me and some photos have been showing up on SCS in galleries. Accident or not.. and iam sure you agree with me here, it is really upsetting.
I try to avoid this now by not allowing any more right clicks on my photos, but i do upload my pictures as big as i can, so you can see detail work. Of course there are ways to get around this feature, but as you can imagine – i will not share “how to” here lol. I have been getting emails, with questions about that feature so i know that some of you are interested in adding this to the blog, so i thought i would share with my readers in general. All what you would need to do is add this gadget to your blog.
Copy and paste – you can add your own text instead of “sorry work is copyrighted”. My blog works with blogger.. i don’t know if it works for typepad and wordpress. You might have to try that out.
<script language=javascript>
<!-- http://www.spacegun.co.uk -->
var message = "sorry work is copyrighted";
function rtclickcheck(keyp){ if (navigator.appName == "Netscape" && keyp.which == 3){ alert(message); return false; }
if (navigator.appVersion.indexOf("MSIE") != -1 && event.button == 2) { alert(message); return false; } }
document.onmousedown = rtclickcheck;
</script>
Thanks for reading and i hope you have a great rest weekend. Take care!

Ok...I tried this and it does pop up the message, but it still allows you to copy and save your pictures. Same on your site. I was still able to download your picture. Thought you might wanna know.
Hope you get it sorted Claudia.xx
I had a similar problem this week honey so thanks so much for this tip. Going to add it to my blog now x
Sad to hear people and even stores claim your work as their own
Just like jenny I do get the messge but I can still save your pictures
Hugs,
Marieka
It's a shame that you've had these problems Claudia.
Unfortunately, this doesn't work on Wordpress and there isn't the ability to do add any copyright codes at the moment.

Hi Claudia,
I'm so sorry to hear your art was stolen!
I cannot find your e-mail to write you directly but if you e-mail me, I know someone who just had and resolved a similar problem (from her posts, it would not surprise me if your problem involved the same company as you both post Magnolia art!)
There are some other steps you can take too; none of course are foolproof, but they will at least send the message that you mean business!
Hugs

Aww Claudia I also know about this problem and had similar bad experiences with people violating copyrights :-( Thanks for the gadget. I added it to my blog and then tried to save a pic and it is still possible...unfortunately, as it is on yours.(I tried because I was curious). But at least the message pops up and might scare away some dishonest people....
Have a great start into the week!
Hugs,
Iris
Perhaps the only way to solve this is to make sure that you watermark your pics really well so no one can borrow your pics to claim as their own. It's a terrible thing happening to a few people now in blogland, not nice at all.
hugs
Donna xx
How disappointing that you have to change things because of people claiming your work. That is just rude these people must have no morals. Thanks for the info above.
oh hunny, I am so so sorry that your pictures have been abused, your work is amazing, you but so much into your cards, I dont understand why people do that to us crafters, big hugs mandyxx
It's very sad. I hate all the litigation-type society that seems to be spreading but I have to have insurance as part of my craft business, including legal, and wouldn't hesitate to sue someone who tried to steal my designs. I think it's the only way to stop some people: We all know it's no 'accident' when this happens.
Don't know about US but do know of cases in UK when Trading Standards have fined people trying to make money from others designs.
I clicked on your card picture and it says, sorry work is copyrighted. On my computer after clicking the ok my lil window pops up to copy the addy. Then it can be added to my blog if the sorry work is copyrighted wanted to be ignored.... You may have to do a password entry blog unless there's another way to block it.

I Scrap So All Moments Are Remembered!
I went to blogger help forum and someone answered my question about preventing photo clicking... The link they gave me has this code [wouldn't let me put it here], located on this blog
{http://www.askdavetaylor.com/how_to_stop_stealing_web_site_blog_images_photos.html} I put it on my blog and can't copy the addy at all, even after clicking the ok when that window came up. Maybe this one will work for you too... He also has one for the other way you mentioned for someone to copy/paste. Let me know if you use this and I will come and try to copy/paste a photo for you to see if its working..
