Miss You

Hellooooo ladies... omg.. have you also gotten so much snow where you live? Well.. the boys are happy but me not so much hahaha :-( no snow blower here so i had do use some muscle grease to get some from the driveway and side walk. i guess it is good, because my goal for 2010 is still to loose at least 25 more pounds.

Today's card is made using a sketch Stephanie has posted yesterday on the Motivet blog. I must say at first i was not so sure how big letters over the entire top of the card is going to look. I have never made a card like that before. I guess that's why i felt like, wow .. i gotta try it out.. .and i LOVE the result. Luckily i had some black sparkly letter stickers at home, cause i do not scrapbook or do have a Cricut. The papers are last years Making Memories 6x6 pack.. one of those packs, i totally love and i can not believe it.. i have "almost" used every piece of paper.

Stamps:
Motivet Rubberstamps "Doraline all bundled up"
Papers: Making Memories , Stampin up (Pretty in Pink Textured, Basic Black, white)
Embellishments: Pink Paislee (black sparkely letter stickers and flowers) Twinklets (on ground), MS border punch, Ribbon (Stampin up), Nestabilities

Copic Sketch: E53, E47, E57 , E31, E43, E50, C04, R20, R83, R81, R85, R0000, R59, C03, E0000, C06, B21, C000

This is great Claudia - I do love pink & black together.

We've had loads of snow here in the UK - much more than is usual. Even William, my 7 year old, has had enough of it lol!!!

Keep warm.

Oh Claudia, I love that you tried something new and the result is fabulous! Those black sparkly letters look brilliant on your gorgeous card! The bright pink & black is such a funky colour combo - and Doraline of course is the sweetest! Happy shovelling - I've been doing the same!!

Ooh! Be careful with that shoveling! You'll realized you used muscles you didn't know you had! A hot bath may be in order!

I'm fed up with snow at the moment. They said it would be -15C today, but luckily that didn't happen, although it's could enough out here.
Our canals are frozen and they are hoping that there will be a "elf stedentocht" (eleven city tour on ice) this year. It has been ages ago since that happend. But to make this happen, the ice has to be 12 - 15 cm thick and it still is 5 on most places.
So keep our fingers crossed ;D

Love,
Jolanda
