Hello, it is time for a great sketch to follow over on the Friday Sketcher blog.. my friend Jacque came up with a great idea. Time for a Halloween card.. i can not believe it how late iam this year. Choosed for my card one of the sweet Hanglars and colored her to match the new Basic Grey paper. Check out the spider.. i have played these days a lot with different colors of Stickles. I really have neglected those fun glues. on this card i have used Lime Green to extra highlight the papers on the outer edge of the card base and covered the entire spider (Martha Stewart punch) with green Stickles and than on top of that, i squeezed some "Star Dust" on too ("Black Widdow" style ya know lol)
Stamps: Hanglar Stanglar
Papers: Basic Grey 6x6 (Eerie)
Embellishments: "hug" American Crafts, Stickles, Flowers: Prima Marketing, BoBunny, Ribbon (Stampin up - retired), Jute (gift from Carole - i think you can order it at Elaines store Quixotic), Robins Nest "Fresh Mowed Grass"

Claudia, What a wonderful take on Jacque's Sketch!! I love your Halloween Card!! I love how you added texture with the jute ribbon and the spider is wonderful. The Stickles really makes it look 3D. And, your coloring is always so wonderful!!

Even if we don't have Halloween, I do like witches! I'm from Oudewater, a little place who had the only fair witchweigh in Europe, people can till weigh themselves to be sure they are no witch (they thought witches had no weight). Funny huh? So after this little Dutch history class back to your card ;) Great papers and the cutest image, cool ribbon and perfect little details as in the corners and in the right side below.
