Stamp organisation

Hi there.. me again.. wanted to show you something that i have found yesterday in my dollar store. i got 2 of those little "luggage" type boxes because i wanted to use them for cards that i have start but not finished so they stay nice and clean and i have all the supplies in there until i can finish it. But than at home i thought hmmm how about adding the stamps? i was pleasantly surprised to see that the stamps cling to the bottom and the lid and i can still close the box. When open the box I can see all the stamps nicely lined up :-)

I need a solution to store my stamps. They are currently in a PILE in a drawer. Uhg. Thanks for the tip. I'm gonna have to hunt the dollar stores now.

What a great way to store your stamps Claudia.
I use empty CD cases to store mine, and I also store my Nestabilities on a magnetic sheet cut to fit inside an empty CD case too.

Hi Claudia
What size is this box? I have found in my Joanns craft store clear boxes but 4x6 size maybe a bit bigger that I put a few cling stamps in or the tiny stamps and theres like 4 or 5 of these boxes in a bigger box, which I thought was great, but i like yours too.
I also have all my tildas which take up 2 boxes of 8.5 x 11 inches that almost look like the old VCR tape boxes and it has 3 plastic rings in it like a binder to hold those cling white cardboard sheets for the cling stamps
I have them then on my cabinet in the paper closet lined up like books and the names of whcih companies are in which box/binder:-)
I will take a phot later and leave it on my blog:-)
Wonderful find!!

Hi Claudia, Thank you for the great idea. I went to my local Dollar Store and picked up a couple of 8 1/2" x 11" containers, just like you have pictured. I was going to use CD containers, but you can only fit a couple of Magnolia stamps in one. This way I can put quite a few together in one container. You are always so helpful and your cards. . . what can I say. . . just beautiful!!
Hugs, Suzan
