Lets go for a ride

Hi, iam sorry my postings these days are getting later and later. I have for this week a couple of scene cards ( for one i want to create a little tutorial). The cards that i made i had in mind when i ordered my stamps from the Magnolia Winter/Christmas Collection. One plan was to get the sled and waiting Tilda :-) and combine it with the horse BUT when i received the stamps i noticed that the sled faced the wrong way. I should have ordered sled with presents :-) however.. luckily i had this Tilda from the 2007 Collection and i think in the end it caused me less work to use those stamps. I love to the Magnolia animals... so this week i show you 3 cards using your Spring/Summer animals on Winter cards :-) If you are thinking to recreate something similar like this.. make sure you have a full pen with liquid Applique at home :-) my fingers were hurting from all the squeezing. I did not apply the Applique too close to the outlines of my stamped image so after it is puffed you can still see the lines.. i went after that into the white and added Stickles to spots.. and also to the huff of the horse. On the ground is Dazzeling Diamond dust adhered with Zig 2-way glue. Not many embellishments.. first the card is quite big and i want the szene to take center so i just tied in the very pretty dazzling Ribbon string from the white Raspberry Ribbon kit a knot and adhered it in a "empty" corner and to break up the paper one string with silver horizontal.
