Magnolia "Edwin"

This is an other Edwin Card i made with my Basic Grey paper i had the other day still sitting out on my work space. This is one is my favorite of two Edwin card - the other one with the frog paper felt so busy compared to this one. I used my piercing tool to accentuate the wider panel under my focal point image even more. I use this tool a lot on my cards!!! I even use it every single time to set my brads in all 4 corners. Nothing bothers me more than when i spent a whole lot of time coloring and putting a card together and than the brads are crooked. It's just not right :-)
I was inspired by the newest Stampin up supplies and samples i have seen in the new Catalog to use white Craft ink on dark cardstock. Seams to be that white rub-ons and white ink on CS will be a big hit this summer and i guarantee will see it a lot in the next few months.
i adhered the Happy Birthday punch-out so that the navy cs would be nice and flush with the outer navy mat under my patterned paper. Added 4 silver brads to anchor it and AAAAALLLL done!
Ink: Black Adorniack Black, Stampin up White Craft Ink
Tools: Piercing Tool, Label Punch Tool
Stamp: Magnolia (Edwin), Stampin up Hostess Level 1, 2007 Set
Embellishments: Hodgepodge Stampin up, Brads Making Memories, Certainly Celery Grosgrain Ribbon, Chrystal Effects
CS and Paper: Night of Navy, Chocolate Chip, White
Coloring: Markers

Und wieder so ein tolles Kärtchen mit so wunderbar passenden Farben. Du kannst aber auch colorieren - erste Klasse!!
Da muss ich noch viel üben...
