Be-Witched

Hello .. today is Saturday and iam so envy to all of you who can go to the "Stempel Mekka" in Germany - as i was told that it is Europe's biggest Expo for paper crafters.
This is my 3. card i will sent to Sweden using the cute new Magnolia Halloween stamps. I used the swirl Magnolia sent me to create my very own background paper. I embossed it with Moonglow embossing powders. If you visit Pretty Pressings regularly you know how much i love these powders. They are amazing on dark papers. The powder i used on this card is called Moonlight black and it looks copper on the picture it does look different in real. Since i did not want to cover all my embossing (you do not want to cover up all your hard work right :-) i skipped a sentiment (think it is obvious) and just added a clear spider in one corner - which allowes to see the cs underneath. To make the spider still stand out i added to the edges some Stickles. I was thinking to add a silver thread to her bottom but it just did not look right.

    Ahhh, Tilda is beautiful Claudia, amazing embossing and the acetate spider is perfect with the stickles! Great colour combination.

    Dear Claudia, I stopped by just to check if you had a new card and wow! It is just stunning. I really love it. The embossed background is gorgeous as is the coloring of cute Tilda! It sounds like the show in Germany is the place to be! Too bad we are so very far away! Enjoy your week-end!

    Bewitching Claudia, this is fantastic, I love your embossed background such a great idea, and of course Tilda makes such a cute witch. I also wish I could go to Stempel Mekka!! good job I cannot though as I spend enough money as it is and am on bread and water for this month Ha! Ha!

    Love the card. I am in love with the shimmery glitz sprays and embossing pwders. The spider webs on the card stock in the back are outstanding. Love the big spider too. Nice coloring. Very nice!!

    Wow, eine richtig tolle Halloween Karte hast du da gezaubert. Ich mag ja Spinnen überhaupt nicht, ABER sie passt perfekt zum Thema.
